Here at Mara’s Massage & Wellness Clinic I’m committed to helping stop the spread of COVID 19 and keeping all my clients safe.
I am registered with the NSW Government as being a COVID Safe Business. There are procedures and processes in place to keep you safe for Remedial and Oncology Massage as well as Exercise Physiology Consultations.
COVID 19 screening is required prior to attending the clinic to help ensure safety for all clients and myself the practitioner. A link will now be emailed to you which will take you to a secure platform where the COVID Screening questions can be recorded. Once you click the link there will be another email that will have the verification code. This is required to give you access to the platform. Please complete this prior to attending your appointment and on the same day of treatment.
If you answer yes to any of the questions or have visited any COVID Hot Spots, I may not be able to complete the Appointment. Please contact me on 0415 867 903 to clarify. I ask that if you are unwell or suspect you are unwell (even with minor symptoms) please stay at home and seek medical advice from your doctor or call Healthdirect on 1800 022 222.
There are extra safety precautions in clinic which include regular cleaning, the above mentioned COVID 19 Screening with temperature check, the use hand sanitizer, use of vinyl gloves during massage/treatment, masks, nil face massage as well as use of antibacterial antiviral aromatherapy oils in a diffuser to keep the air in the clinic clean.
The oil blend includes: Cinnamon, clove, eucalyptus, lemon, rosemary, peppermint, cypress, may chang, myrtle, bay and elemi essential oils. No oils will be place on the skin. If you have an allergy to any of these oils please contact me in advance.
I will direct you to put personal items into the tub provided. There is a 10 min gap between clients so that cleaning can occur with hospital grade disinfectant of all equipment used. As always single-use face hole covers and new clean sanitized towels are used for every client. If you have any questions, I am happy to discuss it further.
