Clinic Update!
1 hr Massage
Give yourself some time out and allow your body time to relax. The treatment will be tailored and a plan developed with you to help address any problems. Health fund receipts available upon request. $110
Oncology Massage
Please see the below link which details more about the Oncology Massage. The duration of an appointment will vary depending on the individual that day and their clinical presentation. 1 hr appointment $110.
30 min appointments are often used as follow up appointment however duration will depends on a variety of clinical information and reported symptoms. Health fund receipts available upon request for all Oncology Appointments. 30 min appointment $70.
90 min Massage
Spoil yourself and invest in your health and wellness by zoning out for 90 mins giving your body time to rest and rejuvenate. Health fund receipts available upon request. $155
Exercise Physiology
1hr Initial Exercise Physiology Consultation in Clinic or via Telehealth $135. Please note that Initial Intake Forms need to be completed online prior to arrival at the inital consultation. An email will be sent with the link to the page where that forms are. A second email will be sent with the acess code for the portal.
The first page of the Pre-Screening Exercise Tool must also be completed and if you answer "Yes" to any of the questions on page 1 you must seek a letter from your GP giving clearance for you to exercise.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Health fund receipts available upon request. Medicare, WordCover and Self Managed NDIS Patients are also available however please dicuss your referral with Tamara prior to your referral.
1hr Exercise Physiology Consultation in Clinic or via telehealth $135.
30 min Exercise Physiology Consultation in Clinic or via telehealth $90.
15min Quick checkup or guidance Exercise Physiology Telehealth Consultation $45.

30 min Massage
This appointment is appropriate for children and for follow up Oncology Massage clients who has low white blood cell, low platelet count or when suffering significant fatigue or illness. Health fund receipts available upon request. $70
Massage Telehealth Consultation
This appointment is designed to help treat you at home, whilst away or in between consultations. This appointment includes coaching and guidance over the phone or via video conferencing. It will provide information about how to release/unlock a muscle at home. Other tips and hints will be provided to help you better manage tension whilst distanced. Sorry health fund rebates are not available for this service. 30mins $70. 15mins $45
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are the perfect gift to show that you care! A Gift Voucher helps someone invest in their health and wellness, allows for time out and time to rest, rejuvenate or relieve that pain/tension. It's a gift of comfort!
Gift vouchers are available for purchase for either 30mins ($70), 60mins ($110), or 90mins ($155). Please contact Tamara to arrange your gift voucher.
Health Fund Rebates For Massage & Exercise Physiology Consultations
Health fund rebates are available upon request. Please check with your health fund so you know what you can get back. If you would like to claim please advise Tamara at the beginning of your appointment. Tamara will issue you with a receipt so that you can privately claim back with your health fund.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of the service. Unfortunately, I do not have HICAPS facilities. Preferred payment methods are cash or by card. Card payments incur a transaction fee however and are processed through the patient management system Halaxy. This is a safe, secure and encrypted healthcare application. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Appointment times vary so bookings are made by appointment only. Sorry, no walk-ins.

- Tuesday 8.45 am - 3 pm
- Wednesday 8 am - 3 pm, 4.15 pm -6.30 pm
- Thursday 8 am -5.30 pm
- Fridays 8am - 3pm
- Every second Saturday 8 am - 12 noon
- Evening appointments are by contact with Tamara only.
